Sometimes she looks so worried! Then she rubs her head like she's thinking about something very important, and then pokes herself in the eye as she sucks her thumb. Easter (: Cora was blessed last month, and her aunt made her this gorgeous dress and booties and hat! She is so smiley! just smiles all the time. She wakes up after sleeping 12 hours straight through at night, rubs her eyes, looks up and smiles at me, and then turns to the side like she's shy! She LOVES being outside! It was very windy this day, she kept breathing in when the wind blew, so she kept losing her breath. It was pretty cute. I love how everything is so interesting to her! She loves watching cars pass! And grass is pretty cool too. This is Cora's first time holding a rattle. She's not sure what exactly to do with it. (:

Also check out my gallery, I put all my new paintings up and older ones that have been revised.
So we had a guest artist come to BYU, Ron Mazellan, who is really amazing. Very motivational speaker! Anyway, he taught a technique where you start with a drawing, he did a pencil drawing, I decided to start with a nu pastel drawing, then you mount it onto a board with matte medium then do oil glazes over that. You end with popping out the highlights with a kneaded eraser. It was really fun to try out and I entered the piece into a show at my school. We will see!
In case you are wondering, I heard that if you write your name on every subject line for new posts then its more likely your name will come up first when googled, I hope it works! One more pic, I promise that my next several will be of my work. I guess I should include some art on my art website (:
Do I even need to write anything! OMG! What a beauty! She really liked her bath, we have this really fun little bathtub that we got at this ghetto second hand store for $3 and it has a mini little sprayer. Her eyes just got wide and she just stared at me.
Is that not the cutest bum you've every seen! Cora loves tummy time, she has started pushing herself forward on the floor, and the other day she turned on her side all by herself, and only a month old!
